    Ups is one of the worst places to work God noes on there website them say one thing and wen you go is a different ball games..and don't talk about some of the night supervisor them .them don't have any respect at all not one 💯 😒 and don't talked about your payments them pay you any how or some time you don't get your right money and them tells you is this and that .. God be with them ..that is why people don't stop with them for to to long ..them lie and tell you is 20 or 21 dollars a hour tha

    Very slow and terriable costumer service..15 days didn`t ship one small package from Europe. We wont work anymore with ups.

    The driver came by, rang the intercom to open the front door. I answered and literally talked to the guy. He entered the building but instead of going to my apartment, he simply posted a note on the mailbox downstairs that he missed me because I was not at home. And he left. I then spent the entire day trying to track him. I asked for the package to be held for pickup at the Lachine Customer Service Center. So far, it looks lost in the system.

    Terrible!!! I am super unsatisfied with UPS!! My package has been sent to me 2 times and in both of the times, I was at home while the postman did not knock on the door and even call me to take my package but surprisingly I see a message on the UPS website that" no one was in location to take the package" !!! I called the UPS to talk about the problem and no one even fixed the problem! I am tired of following up my package! even I'm tired of writing about non-trained agents!!

    I can’t give them a lower rating, I wish I could, it took my parcel from Hong Kong to Montreal 3 days, and now after 7 days still waiting for a delivery, every day that I call costumer service is reassuring me that is on the way , bunch of liars, I asked for them to hold it off for me come in person to pick it up. I was told that I have to wait 48 hours for confirmation before I can pass by . Messages on the website for tracking, driver made an attempt to deliver. Service of third world country

    Terrible and unknowlegable customer service people. Totaly useless customer service. The worst I have ever encounter in my 59 years life. Talked to three of them. One sent me to section 03 to get help where I was put on hold for almost 25 minutes, 2nd one after couldn't answer my question simply cut me off and I start getting busy signals. I am done with UPS

    My husband and I have been having problems with UPS for the past couple of years. They lose packages. Theres no way to get in contact with them. Even UPS customer service cant reach the warehouse or brokers. Ive called UPS numerous times,talked to at least 30 people since last week, still no luck. No one knows whats going on with my package. I paid duty & customs so $30.25 down the drain as theres no way to reach them for a refund.Very frustating and unacceptable!Terrible service!

    My package has been stuck at this warehouse for a month and a half with no word. For an expedited delivery service, that speaks volumes.

    Service catastrophique : après quatre appels au service client et deux jours à être resté chez moi de suite, car on me promet la livraison dans la journée… je n’ai toujours rien reçu ! J’ai même eu le droit à une personne du service client qui osait me faire la morale en me disant que je devais être patiente et que cela allait arriver dans la journée (je précise que bien sûr ce n’a pas été le cas) ! Bravo le service à la clientèle ! Il semblerait que mon problème ne soit pas unique vu tous les c

    Nulle ! je suis bloquée depuis 3 jours chez moi et ce soir, le livreur na même pas su appuyer sur une sonnette ! Foutage de gueule. Même expérience avec Old Navy il y a plusieurs mois. JAMAIS UPS, JAMAIS !

    Mon colis est à Lachine depuis le 4 juin et toujours au statut en transit. Ça fait plus dun mois que jai acheté mon produit chez Home depot. Cest incroyable, je reçois des colis international avec autres transporteurs en 1 semaine. Aucun moyen de faire avancer les choses même après plusieurs appels et plaintes par écrit. On me dit juste qu il faut être patient et que mon colis attend toujours dans un container. J ai hâte de voir l état de mon colis si jamais un jour je le reçois

    Had packages from China ordered at the end of April arrive faster (BY BOAT) than packages from this service center to my home no more than 10km away(now 4 weeks and counting). They set fake statuses such as *Out for delivery* (SIX DAY IN A ROW), just so they look like theyre doing something. Customer reps are useless, no matter how polite you are, they literally laugh at you and send you to India. Thanks Obama.

    Pire service qui puisse exister. Ils utilisent la COVID comme excuse pour expliquer leurs retards, mais les autres compagnies de transport livrent bien leurs colis... Mon colis est arrivé au centre de Lachine le 21 mai et on est maintenant le 3 juin et toujours pas de livraison. Leur service à la clientèle ne sert à rien, ils ne font que dire de vérifier le suivi pour les mises à jour. Évitez-les si vous pouvez!!!

    Waiting indefinitely for shipment. When one calls UPS service all one speaks to is a computer. There is NO way up talk to a person. Never never use this company, terrible experience for a first timer. This message has not been revised for over one week. Groundhog Day

    I order some clothes from Turkey on the 11th. The cie dispatch the order and received to Lachine branch. They loaded to the truck on the 22nd at 9:30ish am. It sais I suppose to get my order end of the day. Till 9:30 pm I did t get the order. When I track the order it said, due to the bad weather they have to delay my order till Monday. I just don’t understand what they meant bad weather. It was very sunny 30 degree. I just couldn’t stand there lie.The ups office is 20 mon a way from my place.
