Une mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie! De jamais vu! Le 23 mai, j’ai signé le contrat pour le changement de ma fenêtre bay window. Ce jour, avec le vendeur, nous avons planifié son installation pour mi-juin. Sur les arguments de vente : meilleure qualité et finition, livraison et installation rapide, car elle est faite au Québec……blablabla. Bref, elle a été installée en 2 temps : L’INTÉRIEUR en août avant mon départ en vacances et LA FAÇADE en octobre, avant l’hiver!

Installation médiocre problèmes avec les portes, services à la clientèle ne tiens aucunement ces engagements, nos problèmes ont été signalés imediatement après l’installation des 3 portes, 2 ans plus tard aucun retour de service, les portes coulent dans ma maison. Les fausses promesses je ne les compte plus je vous suggère fortement de boycotter ce type d’entreprises. Photos et dates à l’appui de mon commentaire au besoin!

I have nothing but the best to say about this company and their group. They did a big job at my house, and did it perfectly. Quick, well done, looks fantastic, and fairly good price. Everyone loves my new windows now! And they are easy to operate and so much more energy efficient than my old windows. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
