Each dish is creative and gourmet, with a rainbow of colours. The ahi tuna twists have texture, taste and bright pops of colour, making for the perfect shot and the perfect appetizer. You won’t find any beige meals here.
The Marc Restaurant

Every meal that comes out of the kitchen here looks like it belongs on the pages of a gourmet food magazine, and it tastes even better than it looks. The grilled bavette, a flank steak atop baby potatoes and wilted spinach, looks lovely but the smoked salmon potato salad will garner the likes and envy of everyone in your social media feed.
