Solstice Seasonal Cuisine

Additionally, Solstice’s award-winning chef, Jan Trittenbach, lends the menu both an international and local flair. Solstice also participates in the summer’s 124 Street Grand Market selling homemade ice cream.

Woodwork Restaurant

Woodwork focuses on wood-fired cooking and barrel aged spirits by creating their own charcuterie meats and cocktail syrups in house, as well as sourcing ingredients locally, whenever possible. Woodwork’s community approach to supporting local includes farm fare and supporting other local restaurants through crossover events.

RGE RD

Inspired by Alberta’s seasonal ingredients and focused on community, RGE RD had developed lasting relationships by hosting community dinners at local farms, which led to the opening of the restaurant. Among its many accolades, RGE RD is frequently listed as one of Edmonton’s best restaurants, and Chef Blair Lebsack centres his ever-changing menu on farm fare, including locally-sourced bison, beef and pork.

Three Boars Eatery

A tiny, two-storey restaurant just off Edmonton’s historic Whyte Avenue, Three Boars changes their menu frequently – sometimes daily. These menu changes are a reflection of Three Boars’ commitment to offering local grown ingredients; what’s available influences their menu selections. Known for their creative takes on poutine and their small plates meant for sharing, Three Boars sources local wherever possible. If it’s on the menu, try their braised lamb from Alberta’s Four Whistle Farms.

A bistro, breakfast spot, cheese shop and wine bar, Cavern offers a European style menu centred on cheese.
