I've been dealing with Angela since 2009, have been through 3 financings, and I can't say enough about how great dealing with her has been.
Having a good mortgage broker is more than just rates. Angela is very well connected, and can recommend great people to help make purchasing a house, or planning an investment as painless as possible. She communicates very well, and finds solutions that fit any reasonable expectation.

When homes were not good value for your money he was honest and made points as to why purchase may not prove advantages in the long run. Cedar Beach is a fantastic quick get-away for Toronto folks, even those with small motor scooters. The tent camping sites are clean, shaded, near the well maintained, well-lit bathrooms and beach. This is a great park with great staff,amenities and recreational activities including a peaceful night sleep.
*Please expand the under utilized south-east picnic area for more tent-only campsites (without water or electricity) for the busy, heavily booked week-ends.

I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof.
