He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. Our communication with this moving company Richmond Hill ON was very pleasant. The office staff is very receptive, responsive and competent. We got pleasure from dealing with these people. Our movers came as been planned and worked fast, taking two breaks. They've got those dollies, blankets and tools for securing our furniture inside the truck since it was a long distance moving. They worked the whole day and finished late at night. Obviously it had been a tough day, but the memories are great!

Rubicon was hired to do the Ministry of Labour Working at Heights Course for us. The instructor Doug, was very knowledgeable & made the class interesting for everyone. Our training was so good I have just booked them to come do our Wind Turbine Rescue Training. I have done many courses over the years & this was by far the best course I have been to.
