I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
Dave is always busy, but never too busy to answer a question. He always keeps you undated on any virus out there. He never overcharges. Try him out once and you will be a client for life.

They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I've tried a ton of different inventory management systems out there and always felt they were too expensive for our small shop - not to mention waaaay too complicated to learn.
We've been using SalesBinder for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. It only took a few minutes to get the hang of how it's supposed to work. Our favorite feature by far is that we can all now access everything from any computer (at home or on the road).
