He explained very thoroughly and taught me the correct method. Then he didn't even charge me for his time. And I had not felt rushed at all. We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

I had a chronic persistent cough that wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried with 'modern' medicine. One acupuncture treatment with Dr Hu and 3 days of Chinese herbal tea fixed me up immediately.
As if that wasn't amazing enough, I had a prolapsed disc that had just healed but still had chronic back pain. Within 2 days of Dr Hu's treatment I was able to move normally - something that I hadn't been able to do for close on 2 years!

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!

I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!
