I was today at Techcity Scarborough - 1275 Kennedy Road. I was looking for a Laptop and a Tablet. Ali Johar became the contact person for me. He showed me many products to choose from. There was a wide variety. Ali Johar was very patient, polite, respectful and sincere. No compulsion. He showed me the products which were close or under my budget. I have been getting an EXCELLENT SERVICE at this store since August 2013. My desktop hard drive has been in 3 times already (for a new fan, new sound card, de-bugging, anti-virus install and a complete system re-install, etc.) and I have shopped for various comp and tech components here. Be that for repairs, retail or consultation, I've gotten and "A+" service every time. As I'm not a techie, I ask a lot of "silly" questions at times and Mr. Mohammed's patience with me has been exceptional.

I LOVE TECHTECH ...
Last week I had an urgent meeting in an hour and my mac book stopped working. So I took my mac book to TechTech's store and they fixed it in less than half an hour. I personally recommend my friends to chose TechTech for all their tech support.
