Replace toner cartridge on Canon monochrome multi function printer that was leaving black streaks, HP Cyan cartridge leaving red streaks on color printer, replaced cyan cartridge at 1/2 price as still have 2/3 left and black toner cartridge on HP color printer, each tonner cartridge $54.00 another Cannon Multi function printer required toner cartridge and print head. Paid $140 for exchange monochrome Cannon multi function printer with refilled cartridge.

I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. They are very qualified techs

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

1. very sympathetic to my panic of having a computer that is not functioning properly,
2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective
