I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.

Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)

Dr. Nahab is a great family doctor. Appointments are easy to get - most of the time on the same day. She works on Saturdays. Appointment requirements are always given much in advance. All test results are reviewed with the patient ASAP. For her the medical practice is not work but an avocation. Dr. Nahab has the highest medical standards and provides excellent patient care. x

They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). And my printer. They also cleaned and restored my old data. I am extremely impressed with their services. I am giving TECHhelp five stars.I strongly recommend this company.

He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

Have been dealing with Ijaz for many years and has always delivered a quality built computer. One of his strong points is his customer service. He stands behind his products. Always willing to answer your questions. The service he provides, the big box retailers can only dream of. Ask your big box retailer what you would do if something goes wrong with your purchase in the first couple of years and factor than into the price. Do not judge a book by its cover.

My 2011 MacBook Pro wouldn't close and saw that the trackpad was lifted. I called and informed Alan of the issue. He knew right away what the problem was.
When he looked into my computer, Alan realized it was pretty much toast. As soon as I got a new MacBook, he went above and beyond recovering my old data from my old mac to the new one within a couple of hours.
I am extremely happy with his service and expertise.
