Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)

Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. Had a computer problem , it was slow . Took forever to start up and to shut down .. If there was an update .. a day .. Took it in and gave it to Meso .. Had it back in less than 24 hours . The price was reasonable .. Thanks Meso .... Gerr.

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.

I LOVE TECHTECH ...
Last week I had an urgent meeting in an hour and my mac book stopped working. So I took my mac book to TechTech's store and they fixed it in less than half an hour. I personally recommend my friends to chose TechTech for all their tech support.

Excellent service. I have been with this company for close to 5 years, and have yet to come across a problem that they have not been able to fix.
I have a small office with 5 employees and David fixes things that no one else has been able to.
His prices are excellent and he is the only reliable IT person that I have been able to find so far. He will return all calls, if not that day then within 12 hours.
