A nicely laid out store in the Leslie/Elgin Mills plaza, the two employees there at the time were extremely helpful. They were kind, patient with my questions, and didn't rush me into a decision. I was mulling over a certain speaker set for over 3 months! I finally committed, and they couldn't have given me a better price.
Conveniently located next to a TD, so paying cash was no problem. ;)

Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.
