Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

I brought my older MacPro computer and i-phone to Computer Clinic on 10th Avenue, my neighbourhood in Vancouver. The service was excellent, the owner professional and the quality of work excellent. The owner takes the time to discuss his assessment findings and the different considerations depending on the problem encountered. Knowledgable, skilled, and kind. A very pleasant experience. Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I will give them business again By far the Computer Repair shop I have ever been to in Vancouver.

Excellent service! Had my MS Surface tablet 3 got malfunction from being placed in a luggage that got wet during my recent travel, initially the tablet was working but couldn't charged, had to wait till I got back to Vancouver to access any further damage. Did an initial website search found 2 computer repair shops, Tech Spot kept me on hold for over 15 minutes, hung up & phoned Optic PC. Told Sam my problem & he fixed it in 2 days, saying it was the motherboard & charger that wasn't working.

We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

Call me a die-hard but I liked it better when these stores were all called Radio Shack. That said they are still the same in a lot of respects. This is still the place to go for all kinds of audio and video doodads that you just won't find all in one place without going to the Source. What's more is that they offer a great selection of other unique products that aren't often available anywhere else like USB devices that capture 35mm slides. They have done a good job in keeping with the times too and are quite a major Bell Mobility dealer and offer a selection of flat screen TVs and computer accessories too.

I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!
