I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!

Amazing service from this company! Definitely the best place for computer repair in Calgary. Kris was my technician and he was extremely helpful. He removed viruses, installed better protection, optimized my computer, got my printer working again and setup my iPad in less than an hour. Even the bill was far less than expected which was great so close to Christmas. I would recommend tech espresso to everyone who needs computer repair and would like excellent service in the process.

Please forget what you think you know about great customer service until you have had a taste of these guys.
I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro.
They came and repaired it immediately and saved the day!

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.
