I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. Gyros is an awesome facility and their staff are amazing as well. I put my daughter here so that she could learn her required tumbling for cheerleading and have had nothing but success. There are a lot if kids in the gym but they all have space to move around and the class sizes are great. I would absolutley reccomend Gyros to anyone looking for tumbling.

Also, the centre has undergone some recent renovations. They have been revamping their rooms and their overall purpose as a learning centre, which is absolutely amazing to see all the new changes!

I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.
