We have dealt with Appliance Canada located at 600 Wharncliffe Road in London for many years. We recently had to replace our fridge and we have a unique space in our home that we are dealing with. yesterday i bought a washer and dryer. Taylor at the brick was quickly available to help with the purchase. He found us the lowest price on the model that we want, he was able to get us extra savings and was done and i was out of the store in 15 minutes. This is just the way I like to do business. I ordered an upright freezer via. their website and the process was very smooth. I quickly received an email with a delivery date and estimated time. The cost for delivery was more than reasonable and they removed my old freezer for a minimal cost.
The delivery drivers arrived on time, were friendly, personable, and did not complain, despite having to navigate some horrible stairs to bring the appliance into my unit.
I will definitely turn to Grooves for my future purchases!

Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. The only place in the city to go to get your appliances!
