Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave.
