This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. And Theresa called often to ensure that we were satisfied and getting the service we needed. Great job. THANK YOU!

We decided to go with Woolrich after meeting with multiple contractors.
First, Cecily was prompt and came with an open mind, really listening to what we wanted and what was best for our family.
Second, she was very quick getting a quote back and did not hide fees. Cecily and her team were open and upfront with costs and were willing to work with us to reduce costs where we could.
The design process was fun and easy. Bruce was very open with his communication and easily accessible.

James and his crew are by far the most professional roofers that we met! We interviewed 4 companies before closing them and we are so glad that we did.
Every question that we had was answered promptly by the owner James and he went over and beyond to make sure that we understood the whole procedure of changing a traditional asphalt shingle roof to metal. Chris -the actual roofer- also answered all of our questions - and we had lots!

All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.

I had 2 sets of legs made for my epoxy/wood table. Arsaian drove to my house and we took some measurements and I showed him what I wanted - that was on Tuesday and I picked them up on Friday. Jon and crew did a major 7+ day job to scrape off and re-apply the knockdown texturing on two ceilings in our home (including a large 18' ceiling with a border that requiring scaffolding). They also worked with a construction contractor to identify why our ceiling was cracking, and the framing defect was identified and repaired. The end result looks fantastic and it was completed on time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use Artex again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for profes

I know when you start a remodel you figure the schedule to be very flexible and the project to always take weeks or months to finish beyond what the contractor says, but I am here to tell you they finished on time. Joe has done an incredible job beyond what we expected. Around 10,000 square foot leveling accurately. Joe has spread 48 cubic yard top soil exactly where we asked him. What this guy can do with his Bobcat is really impressive. Thank you a thousand times and next time we will need the services of a Bobcat we will call Joe from Aaron Contracting.
