Staff member who handled invoice 9285661 Tyler Bodman was very patient, courteous, and listened to me. He showed me a video on how to install the cartridge. I got the job done by a friend. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.

I had a car stereo installed and there was a problem with it (from factory). They installed a second new stereo which had the same problem. Then they upgraded my new stereo no charge. The guys in the car audio department were AMAZING!! THANKS VISIONS!!!!
