I recently built a house and bought the majority of the supplies from Rona in Chatham. This turned out to be a very wise move. They have quality products and the service is the best. They were so accommodating both in price and service, I don't think I could have done better any other place. While they are located a bit out of the way, it's well worth the effort to seek them out.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.

They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.
