I started with Dr Plotsky downtown and followed him when he came to north Edmonton. The entire family started going to Drs. Plotsky and Evans. The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina. I have been client of the Optical Dept 13650 50 Street Costco since 2014. The service has been exceptional. Tracey, Janice and Pat along with others, are very knowledgeable,helpful and professional. My wait was a little longer than expected in the drive thru, but when they brought my food to the reserved parking the manager brought out my food with 2 free coffee coupons and a coupon for a free treat (between drinks, fries, or ice cream).
