was there for 18 years and found the staff very patient and understanding despite a very tough environment. Found the counsellor John McMahon to be professional and courteous. Although some doctors may get a bad rap I found that if you treat them with respect they will respond in kind.

A friend and I went to this amazing store yesterday for a smudging sage stick and feather but there were so many nice things there that my friend spent 200.00 and since thier prices are so good I'm going back today to buy some things that I love!! I did not realize this gem of a store was in New West! Usually you can only find and I this type of store offering such unique items in Vancouver!! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I have always been treated fairly in the pharmacy, drug coverage I was nor aware I had was used for prescription. I have to wait occasionally, but if I go outside of heavy traffic hours I'm OK.

I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! Very professional

I found this store online and dragged my husband with me, living in North Van, New West was a lot closer than our other option in Langley.
The drive was so worth it, helpful staff and large range of tools and supplies.
As a rule I hate working with fondant, but after talking to a guy who works there, who seemed to understand and gave me a lot of helpful tips and advice. Worth the drive.
