Jack's Nails & Spa in the new DISTRICT 14th Street NE is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Excellent service, the staff go above and beyond to please their customers! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails, waxing and eyelash extensions done except JACK's in the District! They also do PERMANENT makeup and it is the best work I have ever seen, I got my eyebrowns done and they look beyond real, better than I could of ever imagined! Jack's is the best!

Just had a manicure & pedicure here. I’ve been several times now & the service is always excellent. My nails always get lots of compliments & the polish really lasts. They do such a great job & are always so friendly & helpful.
The lady who did my nails the first time, Lily, advised me that the shape I’d requested might not be the best for my finger shape … she gave me the shape I asked for & she was so right! The shape she advised me to go with looks so much better.

I've been going here for years but today they blew me away and I'll never go anywhere else! I didn't have anyone to take my 3 year old and I called to see if it was okay if she just sat next to me while they took my shellac off. They said "no problem bring her we'd love to have her". Not only did they allow me to have her there so I could get my service but they gave her treats, played with her talked to her and even gave her a full mani and pedi for FREE!!!

I recently switched salons to Tina’s and have been overjoyed with the service! Rose is always excited to try new designs, all I do is show her a picture and she recreates it perfectly. All of the employees are kind and they bring snacks and offer free refreshments. I’ve never had a set of nails last long enough for me to get a fill, until I started going here. The nails are high quality and always gorgeous. I highly recommend!

I have been going to see Kathy at Lucky Nails for over 7 years. She along with the other staff are fantastic. They are extremely professional and caring. They always have the latest techniques for nails and their spa-like chairs for pedicures are great. I would cross the city to come to this salon. I give it a 5 star rating! If you want beautiful nails this is the place for you.

I went to get a pedicure at Modern Nails II last weekend, the place is now under new management. Everyone was so nice, I also had one nail that I had broken; they repaired it at no charge. They did a great job on both. They have 20% off until Mother's day. I will be back for sure.

I’ve been going to HQ beauty care for over a year now and every time I go I am so pleased with the way my lashes look. Hailan always does an amazing job, she is not only friendly and kind, but always takes her time to ensure perfection. She recently hired a girl named Angel who I immediately liked when I met. She is kind, funny, attentive and does a fantastic job on lashes, the quality of the lashes you will get here will not compare to anywhere else! I highly recommend going to HQ beauty care!
