Of the two other estimates we received, KSE was not only the most affordable but also showed up when scheduled. Our eavestrough, soffit and facia look great. The crew doing the work was friendly and left our yard very clean. Extremely happy with our service and would highly recommend.

We were in need of a company to do our mudding and taping for our whole house. We got two different companies to come in and give us an estimate but none could compare to Miscio construction, witch was the best out of all of them, the price, timeline, and the information they gave us about the job.They showed up the day that they said they were, got started right away and did an amazing job! We’ve had a great experience with New Lifestyle Homes. You can tell they build a quality home. Honestly, it’s almost like you’re getting your family member to build the house. Something to note is they don’t have a lot of 2 car garage lots, but we were very happy with what we got.
The standard finishes are quite high compared to others and I feel their pricing for upgrades is very reasonable.

We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!

Great builder! As a realtor I pay attention when the Wiens' homes are for sale in the resale market as I know there won't be to come up in the home inspection. It's difficult for builders to earn such a good reputation when they have to juggle the pricing changes in the market and still try to be fair to customers who would have backed out of a sale if the market went down yet don't want to pay slightly higher prices when the market goes up lol.

We had Al remove our old fireplace surround and replace with stone and a new mantle. What an excellent job, looks very modern and clean. his work was meticulous and he left our living room spotless at the end of each day of his work.
