All the staff members are really enthusiastic and they make careful accommodations to suit my personal taste. Since I have zero tolerance with spicy foods, they prepared my food accordingly without reducing the deliciousness of it. The place itself is very pleasant, too - with tables and chairs so neatly organized, and floors and tabletops so cleanly wiped that no dust can be seen. All homemade food using fresh ingredients. I loved that the sauces (especially the sweet and sour) are not commercially made. Also, loved that the vegetables were crisp. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. My family of 4 went with our friends (family of 3) and they allowed us to rearrange the tables so we could all sit together. We have 2 growing teenage boys and dont typically have much leftovers but left here with 2 very full takeout containers from the dinner for 4. Will be back Lire plus

I had the spicy sezchuan noodle bowl with beef and handmade noodles (D9). The noodles were chewy and delicious. The broth was flavourful. There was a good amount of tender pieces of beef in it. We had a family get together of 10 people dining at Crystal Rolls tonight. I highly recommend this thai-asian restaurant to people who are interested in asian food. Crystal Rolls has a big variety of food choices and almost each dish we ordered was delicious and authentic. We also enjoyed their romantic atmosphere and clean environment. Nice music and excellent service too. The best thing was that we didn't spend a lot of $ but we had a great time and great food. Since travelling to Japan a few years ago, I have been on an obsessive hunt for the city's best ramen noodles. My fiance and I have tried a bunch of different restaurants within the GTA but so far, no luck. We heard about Kenzo's from a family member and suggested we give the place a shot. Why not, what's the harm in trying? First off, the parking for this place is very limited but don't let this deter you from visiting. Actually, one of the main reasons why I hadn't eaten here before is because of the terrible parking situation. Never again will I let parking be the deciding factor of where to eat. Good food is worth the effort! As we entered the restaurant it had a very good atmosphere. They have done a great job of making the place resemble that of a restaurant in Japan. I kind of felt like I was back on my vacation the moment we sat down at our table. The service was good but nothing special. The waitress simply brought us water, took our order and served the food. Typically, Japanese restaurants do a great job of greeting customers as they enter the front door but this place didn't. Either way, I'm not picky about service in general so don't let this stop you from eating here. Now for the most important part - the food. I wasn't expecting the world as I've already been disappointed by so many ramen places in the city. My fiance and I ordered the same thing which happened to be a basic bowl of ramen - just like they do it in Japan! The portion size was very generous and the price was extremely affordable - only $6.95. After tasting the first bite of ramen I was thoroughly surprised! They actually got the texture of a ramen noodle right! I'll be honest, it wasn't perfect, but pretty damn close. My fiance agreed that this place had great ramen and she's just as picky as I am. We concluded that we would put this in our top 3 ramen places within the GTA. Not too shabby! It's unfortunate that we still haven't been able to find a place that cooks ramen like they do in Japan. However, maybe it's not realistic to expect this of our city? Kenzo, give yourself a pat on the back. So far you have done the best job of satisfying our quest for the perfect ramen! Happy Eating! I found the food here to be quite good. Although it looks quite run down. The noodles were fresh (did not stick to each other). You can order the raw beef to be separated to a small dish for you to place by yourself, which I found nice of them to allow you to do. This is because it allows you to place some taste in to it (lemon and other sauces) and separate the beef before placing it in. I use to visit this place late at night. We ALWAYS order take out from Cosy. I first discovered their food as a young child with my family. When my family wanted Chinese food this is what we would always order. Growing up, over the years I have come to try numerous Chinese restaurants, but none compare to Cosy. It is still my number one go to place when I'm in the mood for Chinese. We usually order the Won Ton Soup, Egg Drop soup (I love their Egg Drop soup and especially when I'm sick I'll call and order a large Egg Drop Soup for take out). The Egg Drop Soup has lots of egg in it, mushrooms, green onions, and peas. My favourite soup! We also always order the Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Egg Rolls, Moo Goo Guy pan ( I love the Moo Goo Guy Pan because it has lots of tender (white meat) chicken, lots of mushrooms, celery, and onions in a delicious sauce. I can never get enough of this dish. So good! And the chicken is always cooked perfectly. Never dry or over done.) I go for more of the dishes with chicken or with seafood in it, but my boyfriend really enjoys the Beef with Green Peppers, and when I'm feeling like something different besides all the chicken dishes I will have the Beef and Peppers or the Beef and Broccoli. I enjoy the beef too. We also always go for the Chicken Fried Rice or the Shrimp Fried Rice depending what mood we're in. You can't go wrong with either one. We both enjoy topping the rice with the Sweet and Sour Sauce. And what's the best part about Chinese food? The Fortune Cookies! We always look forward to them at the end of our meal. Something fun and a nice little sweet way to end the meal. We usually get takeout from the Cosy, but when we do dine in we enjoy the the interior of the restaurant. It is quite unique and personal to the restaurant. The staff are always pleasant. When you call to order take out they always read back your order to make sure it is right, they let you know the total and how long it will be and you can tell they care. Like I said before, I have been going to Cosy for YEARS and I can't remember a single time where we've ever had our order messed up. They're always on top of their game! Great job!
