I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. These guys know there stuff. I met with Don at PCNIX and gave my HP G6 for issues with producing no display. I got a call from his boss the next day and I was told that my computer only had a loose VGA connector and it was ready for pickup. Very reasonable prices and I got my computer back nice and shiny - they said cleaning a laptop was part of their service. Best of all, no one tried to sell me anything! I like that. Thanks for getting my machine working so fast. I hope I don't need repair service but if I do, I now know where to go.
