#top-class... you can buy Apple things everywhere but ReStart is super stocked and the Service personnel are spectacular, friendly,affordable and reliable.
I have purchased over 20 mac devices and they all work great because of the fine tuning done by Robin and Chris as needed .....incredibly, the whole family shops here. I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. I used to go to the other Fraser street location but since this one opened I'm a customer for life! They have a bigger selection of food and cosmetics. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I like that they carry ethnic foods too!

This Cosmetics Department is the best on the island. The ladies are amazing. They really listened to what I had to say and helped me to pick out exactly what I needed. Debbie helped me today but all of the ladies are great. Super Staff. I love shopping here.

1. very sympathetic to my panic of having a computer that is not functioning properly,
2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
3. very cost effective

Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! I get all of my prescriptions filled at this store and the Pharmacy Department is outstanding. They're friendly, efficient and when they tell you it will be 10 minutes it is never longer and often shorter. They even give you a pager type thing-y to notify you when your prescription is ready so you can wander the store. Smart really because the store is big, bright and carries a great range of products. There is usually street parking available out front as well. Located at the corner of Burrard and Broadway this Shoppers Drug Mart is a great spot for your pharmacy needs and they're open to midnight too!
