He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract. Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer.
