I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.

A friend told me about Mr. PC Doctor and they looked good so I gave them a shot. Their tech arrived relatively quickly and took care of the problem right on the spot. When I asked him if there's any maintenance or upkeep that he could recommend, he mentioned numerous recommendations. Now everything works great and I'm pleased with the results.

Basically completely rebuilt my PC for me, and was tolerant when i sent him a motherboard that was dead and even waited for me to get a new one, definitely recommend coming here if you need anything done with computers. Really friendly and nice guy! the pricing is solid too.

This place is amazing! I have a MacBook that I literally bought 1 year ago, unfortunately it go water damaged from my infant daughter. The computer was giving a replace battery signal. When I took it to the apple store and I was told that I should buy a new computer since the battery alone couldn’t be replaced, as it was costing $875 to fix everything. I was going to buy a new computer as suggested. But my gut told me to bring it to this place. In less than 10 mins the problem was resolved.

These guys know there stuff. I met with Don at PCNIX and gave my HP G6 for issues with producing no display. I got a call from his boss the next day and I was told that my computer only had a loose VGA connector and it was ready for pickup. Very reasonable prices and I got my computer back nice and shiny - they said cleaning a laptop was part of their service. Best of all, no one tried to sell me anything! I like that. Thanks for getting my machine working so fast. I hope I don't need repair service but if I do, I now know where to go.

Called and Spoke to Ali regarding a broken screen in my Apple 13" Air Laptop. Very friendly on the phone, he had the part to replace the screen and his price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes i had. He was willing to wait and have me bring it over that evening before he left. He estimated the repair to take 2 days. Repair was completed as he said and wanted me to check it over before i paid him. They said they will backup all my data and upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7. They installed Office Suite, Adobe, Flash, STOPzilla AntiVirus Program (one year subscription). And my printer. They also cleaned and restored my old data. I am extremely impressed with their services. I am giving TECHhelp five stars.I strongly recommend this company.

I have to say Canada Computer is fairly good with business conducts. Many places advertise something, but never had enough stocks to justify the hype. CC actually carry stocks for their sales items, and overall service is not bad too.
I usually shop at the Kennedy location for its convenient location. Highly recommended.

I was experiencing issues with my Bell Wi-Fi, so I reached out to Signa to improve speed and coverage in my home. They recommended a Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system, which was expensive. However, considering all I've been through with Rogers, then mesh, and finally Bell, I decided to give this new system a try. Now, coverage is excellent across all three floors of my home, and speed matches what I'm paying for with Bell. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the Ubiquiti system and highly recommend Signa.
