Got my mac working in an hour after big box store couldn't touch it. Honest, Kind, funny ...said if there are any further issues come back. Said 'we know how to treat customers' and they are right...customer service is still ALIVE!!! :0)

Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

I took a t440 to him that had problems (4 bleeps etc). They looked it over for free, told me the possible price, and fixed it. Also advised putting in a solid state HD which was a great idea. Im writing this a year later. They are honest, competent, friendly and professional. Answered all my qq. I will go back to them. In comparison a Westdale shop I phoned, before Dr. Dan, was so rude after I asked a couple of qq. about what they were going to do that I decided never to try the other shop.
