I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work.
They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment.
The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand.
Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me.
The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
I was even able to submit my invoice to my insurance for a full reimbursal.
I will defiantly be using IN YOUR HOME THERAPY again.

Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.
