I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I went on a Caribbean cruise and it was great. Very wheelchair accessible and Cruise Holidays | Luxury Travel Boutique helped organize and plan all the accessible transportation and excursions for me. I even went to Harry Potter world for a day. This clinic was absolutely amazing. I had originally come to this clinic for my back pain, which i had gotten after a car accident. The staff was very kind and welcoming. As well as the physiotherapist she not only helped reduce the pain but explained to me what had caused my injuries.

I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work.
They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment.
The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand.
Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me.
The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
I was even able to submit my invoice to my insurance for a full reimbursal.
I will defiantly be using IN YOUR HOME THERAPY again.

I had very severe back and right leg pain and was off work. I was diagnosed by Dr. D'Astolfo with a herniated disc in my lower back and followed a spine care program and got treatment, spinal decompression, rehab and dietary advice. I was 50% better by 3 weeks and all the pain was virtually gone by 6 weeks!!! Thanks again to everyone at Spinegroup!

Excellent place and people. My son and I have gone there since my old dentist retired 10 or more years ago. Dr. Li is always gentle, kind and explains everything he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and is always concerned about your comfort level. The Staff and the wife of Dr. Li are always helpful and compassionate. My elderly parents go there too and are always treated with great care. You will not find better care anywhere.
