A huge thank you to Angelo in service who went over and above to help me with the engine code light on my Tucson. Without having an appointment he told me to come in so he can scan my vehicle. He did this in the parking lot and not only scanned it but told me what the issue was and cleared the fault code all in about 5 minutes. I was relieved it wasn’t anything serious and that he did the fix so I go drive home. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Ijust bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu.. its an excellent running car but the interior inside was a total mess..I dont think it had been cleaned in 13 years.. so I took it over to Mohawk car wash and Scott the manager... he was very professional and courteous and told me that I would be very pleased with what he was going to do... but to be honest I was very skeptical... but to my surprise picking the car up I have to say it almost look brand new. SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.
