I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

I recommend D&S from all the other roofing companies we checked out. Our neighbors recommended them as honest and quality work and I do too now. Their quote was upfront and below some of the outrages quotes we got from other roofers. Now, the roofing on our house was done in half a day, they left the area clean of any nails. my roof was in bad shape with multiple patches being done to builder shingles by previous owners. I had to get the roof patched the same year I moved in but started hunting for a company that was fairly priced and that had good reviews on here based on previous customer experiences.
The written quote process was effortless and lots of great material was provided for light reading on the process that they follow to get the work done. and give us good work and replace all flashing too。thx help
