I haven’t experienced kickboxing before, also I was so picky for choosing kind of class that can motivate me for constantly workout. Eventually I picked ilovekickboxing and it turned out that made me really loved kickboxing!!! I highly recommended ilovekickboxing! Joining ILKB is the best decision I’ve made for myself. It’s the most amazing workout I’ve ever had. All of the instructors are super helpful and they’re constantly challenging me to push harder. They continue to motivate me to want to go to class and work hard. I started seeing changes sooner than I thought, not only physically, but mentally as well. I highly recommend Avanti Appliance Repair & Refrigeration in terms of efficiency and pricing. I was in a situation where three of my appliances weren't working properly. A technician arrived Sunday morning, diagnosed the problems and quoted me a price for each appliance. Two appliances were fixed and are working flawlessly. The third one needs a control board that has to be special ordered. I was sent a text with the exact cost of the part and expected labour Sunday evening. Very good service!

These guys do an excellent job!
My Outlander had a front damage, the whole bumper, lights, grill was ripped off as by a collision with a pick-up truck. They accepted me right away and fixed my car in seven working days. In a meantime I was driving a Dodge SUV a very nice comfy car with lots of feature built in (no complaints). The repair is excellent new and shiny better than before. Good job guys.
I strongly recommend this body shop to anyone (in need).

Since needing a lower partial and new upper denture, I needed to find myself a good denturist in the Maple Ridge area. And that I did. I can not say enough about the Maple Ridge Denture Clinic. Lino (my denturist)and Faye (the receptionist) went above and beyond in customer service making my visits and experience at the clinic the best it was. The search for frames began in October, I went to optometrists, 2 for 1 places, Big Box Stores where I spoke to many sales staff all of which were focused mainly on fashion and making a sale.
