Riteway has done a couple of repairs on my truck, initially damaged on the driver’s side door and then a year later when the paint from that repair started to peel after a car wash. The repair was done under warranty in a timely manner and returned to me on the promised date. A rental car was organized with drop off & pick up arrangements that suited my complicated schedule. Everybody was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make things work. Now, several years later, all looks good

Just completed a rental after an accident with the Enterprise in Meadowvale and I must say that the service I was provided was amazing. Gabe treated with nothing but kindness, patience and respect. Not only will I be coming back for future rentals but I will most definitely refer friends and clients to this location. Kudos to Enterprise for hiring such an amazing individual and thanks to Gabe for making a horrible situation a positive one.

Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Recently rented a bus from L&L Shuttle and Charter Service, Brantford and the service from start to finish was exceptional. Booking was easy and they were extremely accommodating. Pick-up, service to the venue and response to an early evening pick-up was perfect. Could not have asked for better service and co-operation was exquisite - many thanks for top-notch service!!!

Excellent and professional service...Went to Europe for 15 days during the summer. It was a group trip and well organized. If you are a vegetarian then this is a great trip where you could see most of Europe with Indian meals. The accommodation and tour guide was great. Had a lot of fun and made friends from all over the world. Recommended trip for people who likes a schedule and want to see places in short time.

Smooth car ride from the Airport. Pre arrange pickup instructions were easy to follow and i was in car in less them 3 minutes after stepping out on the Terminal. They track my flight too so that if its late, i don't need to worry.

Mark, our driver also did the last minute fluffing of my dress to make sure it was perfect before I walked down the aisle.
