I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

I totally agree with the other review. I am new to Nanaimo and had a huge landscaping job where many truck loads of blast rock had to be removed from around the house and a retaining wall built. The project was difficult. Darren and his crew not only did everything to my specifications, they did it very professionally within a few days. I appreciate Darren's oversight to ensure that we were happy and that the work was done right. His work is excellent value!

We have been seeing Dr Booker as our dentist since we moved to Nanaimo 3 years ago. She was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed! She is such a great dentist and really does a great job taking care of all of our dental needs. She is so gentle and caring. Her office is at a great location, on the corner of Northfield and Bowen Road and there is always lots of parking. The staff is really great too.
