Surprises when it comes to your foundation aren’t a good thing. We connected with Tim and he came and assessed the situation. He and his crew had to work against a tight timeline (as we were getting other work done). They were efficient, respectful and kept the work area clean, paying special attention to the garden area. Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.
