The drain in my house had been blocked several times over the past few months. A couple of plumbers had come and had cleaned the drain, but hadn't been able to solve the problem, so Mike was recommended by one of the plumbers. He came, on time, with his equipment, examined the bathroom and figured out where to start, immediately. He showed me what the problem was in the drain by using his camera, and cleaned out all the blockage in the pipes. I will definitely recommend Mike to my friends!

I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. We hired SAPPHIRE Security for a week long event that we hosted. In the past we had issues with other guard companies we used for example sleeping,not showing up on time, and other headaches you dont want to deal with when paying someone for a service. During COVID I wanted to avoid too much time shopping. Contacted the store by email for suggestions. Was given the name of six games that all met my requirements. I narrowed down the choice to one game. Placed an online order and paid $15 for shipping. Very reasonable. Got a call from the owner on the day I placed the order. The owner lived near me and would drop off the game. No charge for delivery. AMAZING. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
