Con from Crystal Clean has always done a fantastic job on our carpets. We have been using Crystal Clean for the past 20+ years. They are punctual and if there are any concerns, they are happy to fix whatever isn't right. Once our dog threw up all down the stair well. We tried cleaning up the mess, but to no avail. When I called the shop, and said what happened they made arrangements to come over as quickly as they could. There's no way we would have fixed that mess on our own.

They moved my mother from a small apartment to a seniors home. Two employees were very professional and friendly. They moved her things with respect and efficiency. They did have to drive to another city not far away. Of course they charged for the driving time back, but also charged from time from their shop to our apartment which I was not made aware of previously. Other than that, the service was great!

Initially, we met a different mortgage broker who told us we weren't eligible for mortgage, that remark almost discouraged us but when Chris stepped in, the story changed, he stood by us and told us that YES we are eligible. He was very accessible, encouraging, with positive attitudes and kept us updated through out the process. Shortly after, we got our mortgage and he found a great deal for us. Brian came highly reccomended, but we were astonished at the crews dedication to quality and superior service. They worked incredibly hard through a difficult summer (2017), with high temperatures, frequent wind, and then smoke. Jeff built a 12 x 16 deck for us. He paid attention to the details of the appearance of the finished project. He has the right tools to complete the task and is knowledgeable about products. In our case Jeff was willing to advise us on a second project (a gazebo) that was going to be mounted on the deck. He ensured there were enough supports underneath the decking to attach and support it. Jeff worked well within the timeline he quoted us. We would definitely use Next Level In future.
