The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.

I did my EMR course 3 years ago and came back to renew my certificate. After already attending Alfred's class previously, I was looking forward to the renewal. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. I look forward to next course!

Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!
