We purchased a 2014 CRV from Derek M at Marv Jones . We were extremely pleased with the way Derek dealt with us . We had shopped at a closer Honda dealership and were very dissatisfied. We have been taking our pet here for the last 7 years. The care is fantastic and the staff really care about animals and ensuring the best care for your pet. When our cat was hit by a car they kept us up to date on his progress and ensured that they were upfront about the care and attention he needed and what the associated costs would be. It was great to go through this stressful situation with caring and compassionate service like Granville Island Veterinary Hospital offered. They are usually pretty good with the returns but I make sure I know the amount I am getting back they have a couple times short changed me by $1 and if they do that to everyone thats quite an amount at end of the day Im still goes to this one tried couple others but this was the better of them. Although they hired some new young ones that know nothing watch them they really dont know how to count.

Nick from Fixit repaired our hot water tank in an emergency service on a long weekend for a reasonable price, when all other companies we called were either too busy or had extortionate rates. He is courteous, works hard, and keeps you informed of the process until it is complete.
