Great office atmosphere. I was welcomed by the team as soon as I walked in. I really felt that Dr. Mark listened to all my concerns and answered all the questions I had. Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
