Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. He goes out of his way to ensure his appointment leaves as little disruption to your life as possible. I have always found his work to be completed in a timely manner, but more importantly only the work required is completed.

Andy is truly a master of his trade. He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager. John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
