Honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and a man of integrity. Rick knows his stuff and will treat you well. He wont sell you anything you dont need. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to R & L Automotive for years as we wont trust anyone else with them. I am confident there is nothing he cant do or a problem he cant diagnose. I found mike at Pitt River Auto Service on the internet, I was so happy with his service, and knowledge! It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! So , here’s a guy who is going to get my family’s business and everyone I can tell !! He’s a great , honest mechanic!

I have been going to New West Cycle for almost 2 years now (since it opened) and I absolutely love them! They are friendly, honest, not out to take advantage of your knowledge or lack there-of. The staff are always willing to teach and to learn. They have a great working knowledge of both vintage, old, and new technologies and are able to work on bikes from all eras (and sell bikes from all eras as well). They listen to what you want, give you options to fulfill your needs, then listen to what YOU want, not what is most profitable for them. There is no other bike shop in the lower mainland that has the variety, friendliness and honesty that they have, and I have looked. They are my favourite bike shop, no question.
