I had a lifelong hair-pulling disorder. 18 yrs ago, after many attempts and methods to stop, I stopped for 2 yrs using hypnosis. Unfortunately, I had some dear friends die and went back to hair-pulling, but the hypnotist I worked with had retired. In 2017 I wanted to stop once and for all. I went to Julia and stopped after the 1st treatment. I was supported with audio tapes, cards as visual aids, and 2 follow-ups. 3 loved ones died since my 1st appointment, with no behaviour regression.

I love going to Shine Dental Hygiene to get my teeth cleaned. The administrator, Karla, is super friendly and competent. The hygienist, Corynn, is thorough, efficient and friendly. Shine makes you feel like you are their number one priority and go an extra mile to make you comfortable and satisfied with your experience. NOT TO MENTION their reduced prices. You have to give this place a try. You won't regret it!

Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. Absolutely, by far the most impressive arrangements for very reasonable prices. Professional and attentive florist, with a clever and uniquely wonderful taste of style. An amazing selection of fresh and silk flowers. Weather it's your every day carnations or your rare birds-of- paradise bouquets you are after, at this particular florist you will find it all. Both as a business professional at a corporate level and also personally, I would highly recommend London's Richmond Florist and I most definitely will use them again in the future!
