Last fall on very short notice I called Rob and the crew to do a repair on my main revenue trailer. I dropped the trailer off after work that afternoon and picked it up first thing the next morning. The work was exceptional and I believe he put three guys on it to make sure this would happen. The work was done well and quickly and his quote was bang on what more can you ask. Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. Very prompt, awesome guys did the installation, they cleaned up after themselves, price was very very reasonable. We would recommend them highly. Thank you so much

We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.

These guys were very helpful with getting rid of my Rodent problem for me. I am eternally gratefull to them. They answered all my questions and i appreciate that they used products that will not harm my pets or children. They also came back a few weeks later to check that the rats did not return and they filled the entry holes that they were using to get into my home so they stay away. Definately a quality company.
