We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

this guy fixed my supposed unfixable laptop .
I was told by 2 other companies that i would be better off buying a new laptop but he fixed it and he did it in under an hour .

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

One morning my PC just gave up on me. I contacted a few so called big names in Tech Services, but all I got was that I won’t see my machine for next few days and it would cost me arm and length. That is when I came across RealTech Solutions. Not only did Vik came to my door step but I paid less than half of what I was quoted by other companies and my PC was up and running in no time. I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
Dave is always busy, but never too busy to answer a question. He always keeps you undated on any virus out there. He never overcharges. Try him out once and you will be a client for life.
