Kyle has been a tremendous help with our raccoon situation. He arrived promptly and his truck is very discreet. Kyle brought 2 traps, bait, and provided some helpful tips and we trapped 2 raccoons the second night! Kyle came back within a few hours to take the raccoons away. Kyle's pricing is very fair and reasonable, his response is extremely prompt and he is very polite and friendly. We highly recommend Kyle and Pest Boss and will continue to count on Pest Boss to keep future pests away.

I loved the care and compassion of the staff and the vet the most, but was also impressed by how clean this hospital is - cleaner than any Vet I've seen before. The prices are fair and they followed up about my Lucy after she had healed. They are also patient and flexible about rebooking appointments or booking at short notice. We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring. They left my place as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Andrew stayed in contact with us and completed the rebuild within the time he promised.
